Good news
I was looking on a few of my usual blogs to catch up on the news, and discovered on Fr Ray's site that the Transalpine Redemptorists, whom I blogged about some weeks ago, have made their peace with the Holy See. This is very good news indeed, and I congratulate them and the Church in general.

Congratulations to the Transalpine Redemptorists of Papa Stronsay.It can't have been an easy decision.
Presumably, they will retain their name and distinct charisma as a traditional community after they are canonically erected.
Will they be CSSR ? Well, in as much as they follow the rule of St. Alphonsus, I suppose they already are ! Perhaps TCSSR ?
We must wait and see !
